Embroidered patches provide more intricate detailed options than standard direct embroidery would because they are being directly embroidered on to our heavy-patch material. This is by far our most popular type of patch.
We use the highest quality polyester color fast threads in the industry. We are also able to match PMS colors that are in your logo with our thread “Pantone Matching System”
Depending on the outline of your logo, the patches will then have a merrow or satin border. Then sewn or heat applied on to your hats.

This is considered the standard patch border that is applied by a specific sewing machine that has been the industry standard and family owned since 1838 and manufactured right here in Massachusetts.
Ideal for irregularly shaped logos. The patch outline is cut using a hot knife that gives the patch a 1/16”-1/8” satin stitch edge that simulates a Merrow border without the raised feel. That can then be applied by a heat press or sewing machine.
