User Agreement
By using the SkyeCap e-commerce website, the User of the site agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Payment Policies
Payment is due when your order is placed. SkyeCap accepts online or telephone payment via credit card, debit card, or electronic check (ACH). All electronic payments are securely transmitted. Company checks are accepted pending credit approval.
Returns Policy
SkyeCap is committed to producing exceptionally high-quality merchandise. We have strict processes in place to ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Because customized apparel cannot be re-sold, SkyeCap only accepts returns for the following reasons:
Use of Copyrighted/Trademarked Material
SkyeCap will not knowingly reproduce a logo or design in violation of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws. We will put forth our best efforts to reject orders that incorporate the logos or designs of another party without that party’s permission. Please do not place such orders on our site. If an order is produced that infringes on any of the above laws and SkyeCap is not aware that the order is in violation, the person or entity that placed the order assumes all responsibility for the offense. If you believe your protected material has been used without your permission by SkyeCap, please provide us with written notification: sales@skyecap.com.
Dispute Resolution
Good Faith Negotiation: The parties agree that any dispute, controversy, claim, or disagreement arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, validity, or enforceability of any provision of this Agreement (each a Dispute) shall be negotiated between them in good faith in an attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties for a period of thirty (30) days.
Governing Law; Exclusive Choice of Forum: This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Privacy Policy
SkyeCap will not give or sell to anyone specific information about you or the orders you have placed on our website, other than to confirm authorized use of a protected logo or design, if we have concerns that it is being used improperly. Internally, email addresses and contact information are collected for marketing purposes and for customer service issues. If you wish to opt-out of marketing campaigns, you can easily do so once you receive a promotional email.
